Regulations on Standards for Bearing Costs of Relief and Recovery from Natural Disasters, etc., Article 5 (Subjects of National Treasury Support)

① 제4조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호 및 같은 항 제3호나목부터 마목까지의 규정에 따른 국고의 지원은 동일한 재난기간에 발생한 특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도(관할 구역 안에 지방자치단체인 시ㆍ군이 있는 특별자치도는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)ㆍ시ㆍ군ㆍ구(구는 자치구를 말하며, 이하 이 조에서 "시ㆍ군ㆍ구"라 한다)의 피해금액이 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 금액 이상인 경우에만 한다. <개정 2013.7.30, 2023.6.13, 2024.11.19>

③ 제1항에 따른 피해금액의 기준에 해당된 시ㆍ군ㆍ구에 대하여 국고지원을 하는 경우로서 그 기준을 갖추지 못한 다른 시ㆍ군ㆍ구(이하 이 항에서 "다른 시ㆍ군ㆍ구"라 한다)가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 다른 시ㆍ군ㆍ구에 대하여 해당 피해에 대한 복구비용을 국고에서 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2014.8.12, 2015.6.22, 2025.11.27>

1. 다른 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 재난지원금 총액이 3천만원 이상인 경우로서 제4조제1항제1호, 같은 항 제2호가목부터 사목까지 및 같은 항 제3호마목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우
