자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제9조(건설공사 시 천연기념물등의 보호)

「문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률」 제2조제8항에 따른 건설공사(이하 "건설공사"라 한다)로 인하여 천연기념물등이 훼손, 멸실 또는 수몰(水沒)될 우려가 있거나 그 밖에 천연기념물등의 역사문화환경 보호를 위하여 필요한 때에는 그 건설공사의 시행자는 국가유산청장의 지시에 따라 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 조치에 필요한 경비는 그 건설공사의 시행자가 부담한다. <개정 2024.2.6, 2024.2.13>
