자연유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 제14조(지정의 고시 및 통지)

① 국가유산청장은 제11조 또는 제12조에 따라 천연기념물 또는 명승(제13조에 따른 보호물 또는 보호구역을 포함한다. 이하 이 조 및 제15조에서 같다)을 지정하면 그 취지를 각각 관보에 고시하고, 지체 없이 해당 천연기념물 또는 명승의 소유자등에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2024.2.13>

② 제11조ㆍ제12조에 따른 천연기념물 또는 명승의 지정은 관보에 고시한 날부터 효력이 발생한다.
