자연공원법 제30조(법령 위반 등에 대한 처분)

Natural Parks Act, Article 30 (Dispositions for Violations of Acts and Subordinate Statutes)

① 공원관리청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 이 법에 따른 허가를 취소하거나 사업을 정지 또는 변경할 수 있다. <개정 2016.5.29>

1. 다음 각 목에 따른 허가ㆍ신고 또는 협의 내용을 위반한 경우

1. Where웨어 the^ð더 content칸텐트 of어^v브 a어 permit,퍼밋 report,^r리포트 or오 consultation칸설테이션 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 items아이텀즈 is이즈 violated:^v바이얼레이티드

가. 제20조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 공원사업 시행, 공원시설 관리 및 변경허가

(a)어 Implementation임플러멘테이션 of어^v브 a어 park파크 project,프^r라젝트 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 park파크 facilities,^f퍼실러티즈 and앤드 permission퍼미션 for^f포 alteration올터^r레이션 under언더 Article아터클 20 (1) and앤드 (2);

나. 제23조제1항에 따른 행위허가 또는 신고

(b)비 An앤 act액트 permit퍼밋 or오 report^r리포트 under언더 Article아터클 23 (1);

다. 제37조제3항 후단에 따른 사용료 징수의 허가

(c)시 Permission퍼미션 to투 collect컬렉트 usage유서지 fees^f피즈 under언더 the^ð더 latter래터 part파트 of어^v브 Article아터클 37 (3);

라. 제71조제1항에 따른 허가에 관한 협의

(d)디 Consultation칸설테이션 on안 a어 permit퍼밋 under언더 Article아터클 71 (1);

2. 속임수나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제1호 각 목에 따른 허가를 받거나 협의를 하게 한 경우

4. 「공익사업을 위한 토지 등의 취득 및 보상에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공익사업을 위하여 필요한 경우

② 공원관리청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장에게 허가 등을 취소하거나 사업을 정지 또는 변경하는 등의 처분을 하도록 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
