Natural Parks Act, Article 23 (Act Permits)

① 공원구역에서 공원사업 외에 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공원관리청의 허가를 받아야 한다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 행위는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공원관리청에 신고하고 하거나 허가 또는 신고 없이 할 수 있다.

1. 건축물이나 그 밖의 공작물을 신축ㆍ증축ㆍ개축ㆍ재축 또는 이축하는 행위

② 공원관리청은 제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따른 신고를 받은 경우 그 내용을 검토하여 이 법에 적합하면 신고를 수리하여야 한다. <신설 2022.12.13>

③ 공원관리청은 다음 각 호의 기준에 맞는 경우에만 제1항에 따른 허가를 할 수 있다. <개정 2022.12.13>

④ 공원관리청은 제1항에 따른 허가를 하려는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. 이 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 규모 이상의 행위에 대하여는 추가로 해당 공원위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2022.12.13>
