Enforcement Decree of the Natural Parks Act, Article 45 (Delegation or Entrustment of Authority)
①기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제80조제1항에 따라 국립공원의 보호 및 공원시설의 유지ㆍ관리에 관한 직무의 일부를 시ㆍ도지사 또는 공단에 위임하거나 위탁하는 경우에는 다음 각호의 사항을 고시하여야 한다. <개정 2010.10.1, 2025.10.1>
(1) Where the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment delegates or entrusts part of the duties concerning protection of national parks and maintenance and management of park facilities to the Mayor/Do Governor or the Service pursuant to Article 80 (1) of the Act, the Minister shall publicly notify the following:
1. 수임자 또는 수탁자
1. The delegatee or entrustee;
2. 위임하거나 위탁할 국립공원의 명칭
2. The name of the national park to be delegated or entrusted;
3. 위임하거나 위탁할 공원구역의 범위
3. The scope of the park area to be delegated or entrusted.
②법 제80조제1항에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관이 시ㆍ도지사 또는 공단에 위임 또는 위탁하는 국립공원에 대한 권한은 다음 각 호와 같다. 다만, 제13호의 권한은 시ㆍ도지사에게만 위임하고, 공단이 제3호의2에 따른 권한을 위탁받아 국립공원에 관한 공원별 보전ㆍ관리계획을 수립하거나 변경하였을 때에는 그 사실을 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2005.9.30, 2007.7.4, 2008.9.18, 2010.10.1, 2011.9.30, 2017.5.29, 2025.10.1>
(2) The authority over national parks delegated or entrusted by the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment to the Mayor/Do Governor or the Service pursuant to Article 80 (1) of the Act is as follows. However, the authority under subparagraph 13 shall be delegated only to the Mayor/Do Governor, and when the Service, having been entrusted with the authority under subparagraph 3-2, establishes or changes a conservation and management plan for each park for a national park, it shall report that fact to the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment:

3의3. 법 제18조제2항제1호 사목의 규정에 의한 자발적 협약에 관한 사항
3-3. Matters concerning voluntary agreements under Article 18 (2) 1 (g) of the Act;
4. 법 제20조제1항ㆍ제2항에 따른 공원사업의 시행 및 공원시설의 관리에 관한 허가ㆍ변경허가에 관한 사항
4. Matters concerning permission and modified permission for implementing park projects and managing park facilities under Article 20 (1) and (2) of the Act;

③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 법 제80조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 공단에 위탁한다. 다만, 공단이 제1호에 따라 지질공원 관리ㆍ운영 현황에 대하여 조사ㆍ점검한 경우에는 이를 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <신설 2012.1.26, 2025.10.1>
(3) The Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment shall entrust the following authority to the Service pursuant to Article 80 (1) of the Act. However, where the Service conducts a survey or inspection of the status of management and operation of geoparks under subparagraph 1, it shall report it to the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment:
1. 법 제36조의4제1항 전단에 따른 지질공원 관리ㆍ운영 현황에 대한 조사ㆍ점검에 관한 사항
1. Matters concerning surveys and inspections of the status of management and operation of geoparks under the former part of Article 36-4 (1) of the Act;
2. 법 제36조의5에 따른 지질공원에 대한 지원에 관한 사항
2. Matters concerning support for geoparks under Article 36-5 of the Act;
3. 법 제36조의6 및 이 영 제27조의6에 따른 지질공원해설사의 선발ㆍ활용 등에 관한 사항
3. Matters concerning selection and utilization, etc. of geopark interpreters under Article 36-6 of the Act and Article 27-6 of this Decree.
