자산유동화에 관한 법률 제35조(업무개선명령)

금융위원회는 유동화전문회사등 또는 자산관리자의 업무 운영이 투자자의 이익을 침해할 우려가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 투자자 보호를 위한 범위에서 해당 유동화전문회사등 또는 자산관리자에게 업무의 종류 및 방법의 변경, 재산의 공탁, 그 밖에 업무의 운영 및 개선에 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다.
