입목에 관한 법률 제22조(산림보험)

① 입목을 저당권의 목적으로 하려는 자는 그 입목에 대하여 보험(「농업협동조합법」, 「산림조합법」에 따른 공제를 포함한다. 이하 같다)에 가입하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 보험의 내용은 대통령령으로 정한다.
