입목에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조(입목등기기록의 표시방법)

법 제19조제1항에 따라 토지의 등기기록 중 표제부에 입목등기기록을 표시할 때에는 수목이 부착된 토지의 소재지번을 기록하여야 한다. 이 경우 하나의 토지에 여러 개의 입목등기가 있는 경우에는 입목번호도 함께 기록하여야 한다.
