임금채권보장법 시행령 제21조(부담금과 그 밖의 징수금의 납부ㆍ징수)

법에 따른 부담금과 그 밖의 징수금의 산정ㆍ납부ㆍ징수 등에 관하여는 고용산재보험료징수법 시행령 제10조, 제19조의2부터 제19조의5까지, 제19조의7, 제19조의8, 제20조부터 제27조까지, 제30조의2부터 제30조의4까지, 제31조, 제32조, 제33조, 제37조부터 제40조까지, 제40조의2부터 제40조의6까지, 제41조, 제41조의2부터 제41조의4까지, 제43조, 제43조의2, 제44조부터 제53조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "보험료" 또는 "산재보험료"는 "부담금"으로, "공단" 또는 "건강보험공단"은 "고용노동부장관(제24조에 따른 위탁이 있는 경우에는 그 권한을 위탁받은 근로복지공단 또는 건강보험공단을 말한다)"으로, "개산보험료"는 "개산부담금"으로, "보험연도"는 "회계연도"로, "보험관계"는 "임금채권보장관계"로, "보험료율"은 "부담금비율"로, "월별보험료"는 "월별부담금"으로, "확정보험료"는 "확정부담금"으로, "보험사무"는 "임금채권보장사무"로 본다. <개정 2020.12.8, 2021.6.1, 2021.10.14>
