인터넷주소자원에 관한 법률 시행령 제21조(조정비용)

① 분쟁의 조정을 신청하는 자는 법 제22조에 따라 조정을 신청할 때에 분쟁조정위원회가 과학기술정보통신부장관의 승인을 받아 정하는 조정비용을 내야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따라 낸 조정비용은 조정이 완료되기 전에 신청인의 조정신청 취하 등에 따라 조정절차가 종결된 경우에도 돌려주지 아니한다. 다만, 조정부(調停部) 구성 전에 조정절차가 종결된 경우에는 신청인이 낸 조정비용 중 조정인 수당에 해당하는 금액을 돌려준다.
