인터넷 멀티미디어 방송사업법 제13조(시장점유율 제한 등)

① 특정 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송 제공사업자는 해당 사업자와 특수관계자인 다음 각 호의 방송사업자를 합산하여 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송, 종합유선방송, 위성방송을 포함한 전체 유료방송사업 가입자 수의 3분의 1을 초과하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2015.3.27>

② 방송미디어통신위원회는 인터넷 멀티미디어 방송 제공사업자가 제1항을 위반하게 된 경우에 해당 사업자에 대하여 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 해당 사항을 시정할 것을 명할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항에 따라 시정명령을 받은 사업자는 그 기간 이내에 해당 사항을 시정하여야 한다.

④ 방송미디어통신위원회는 도서산간 등 위성방송 수신만 가능한 지역은 제1항에 따른 가입자 수 산정에서 배제할 수 있는 예외지역으로 지정할 수 있다. <신설 2015.3.27, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>
