인삼산업법 시행규칙 제27조(검사결과에 대한 이의신청)

①법 제17조의6에 따라 검사결과에 대한 이의신청을 하려는 자는 그 검사결과의 통보를 받은 날부터 5일이내에 해당검사를 한 인삼류검사기관의 장 또는 인삼종자ㆍ종묘검사기관의 장에게 이의를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2004.6.30, 2008.1.14>

②인삼류검사기관의 장 또는 인삼종자ㆍ종묘검사기관의 장은 제1항의 규정에 의한 이의신청을 받은 경우 그 타당성 여부를 검토하여 타당하다고 인정되는 때에는 지체없이 재검사를 실시하고 그 결과를 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.
