인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법 시행령 제6조(국가인공지능전략위원회지원단)

① 법 제7조제12항에 따른 지원단(이하 이 조에서 "지원단"이라 한다)에는 단장 1명을 두며, 단장은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

② 지원단의 단장은 위원장의 지휘를 받아 지원단의 사무를 총괄하며 소속 직원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

③ 위원회는 위원회 또는 지원단의 운영 등을 위하여 필요한 경우 중앙행정기관 및 지방자치단체의 장이나 관계 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체 등의 장에게 소속 공무원이나 임직원의 파견 또는 겸임을 요청할 수 있다.

④ 위원회는 위원회 또는 지원단의 업무 수행 등을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 예산의 범위에서 관련 분야 전문가를 임기제공무원으로 둘 수 있다.
