인감증명법 제8조(신고사항의 변경신고)

① 인감을 신고한 사람은 제3조제6항에 따라 신고한 사항이 변경되었을 때에는 증명청에 신고하여야 한다.

② 인감을 신고한 사람이 제1항에 따른 신고사항을 「주민등록법」, 「출입국관리법」 또는 「재외동포의 출입국과 법적 지위에 관한 법률」에 따라 신고한 경우에는 그 신고한 날에 제1항에 따른 변경신고를 한 것으로 본다.
