인감증명법 제13조(인감변경신고)

인감을 신고한 사람이 성명의 변경, 인장의 분실ㆍ마멸, 그 밖의 사유로 인하여 신고된 인감을 변경하려는 경우에는 인감대장을 관리하는 증명청에 인감변경신고를 하여야 한다.
