인감증명법 제11조(인감의 말소 및 부활)

① 인감대장을 관리하는 증명청은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나의 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 직권으로 그 인감을 말소할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 증명청은 인감을 신고한 사람이 신고한 인감의 말소를 신청할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 인감을 말소할 수 있다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 person퍼슨 who후 registered^r레지스터드 a어 seal실 applies어플라이즈 for^f포 cancellation캔설레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 registered^r레지스터드 seal,실 the^ð더 certifying서터^f파이잉 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) may메이 cancel캔슬 the^ð더 seal,실 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 신고인감이 말소된 사람이 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 증명청에 말소된 신고인감의 부활을 신청하는 경우에는 그 신청한 날에 말소된 신고인감을 다시 신고한 것으로 본다.

④ 「주민등록법」에 따라 주민등록이 말소되거나 거주불명 등록이 된 사람의 신고인감은 주민등록의 말소 또는 거주불명 등록과 동시에 직권으로 말소된 것으로 보며, 주민등록이 말소되거나 거주불명 등록이 된 사람이 「주민등록법」에 따라 재등록되었을 때에는 말소된 신고인감을 다시 신고한 것으로 본다.
