이러닝(전자학습)산업 발전 및 이러닝 활용 촉진에 관한 법률 제22조(공공정보의 이러닝콘텐츠화 지원)

① 정부는 공공정보의 디지털화를 촉진하여 이러닝콘텐츠의 개발이 활성화될 수 있도록 지원하여야 한다.

② 공공기관의 장은 이러닝사업자가 공공정보를 이러닝콘텐츠로 제작ㆍ이용하려 할 때에는 해당 기관이 보유ㆍ관리하는 정보 중 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 제9조에 따른 비공개대상정보를 제외한 정보를 공개하여야 한다.

③ 공공기관의 장은 공공정보를 이러닝콘텐츠 개발 등의 방법으로 활용하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공공정보에 대한 이용 조건ㆍ방법 등을 정하고 이를 공개하여야 한다.
