Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Conscripted Police Units, Article 45 (Transmission of Written Decisions)
위원회는 소청심사결정서의 정본을 작성하여 지체없이 소청인과 피소청인에게 각각 송부하여야 한다.
The Committee shall prepare an authenticated copy of the written decision on the petition for review and send it without delay to the petitioner and the respondent, respectively.
