의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조(의무경찰대를 두는 국가경찰기관 또는 해양경찰기관)

① 「의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제1조제1항에 따라 의무경찰대를 두는 국가경찰기관은 경찰기관 중 경찰대학, 경찰인재개발원, 중앙경찰학교, 경찰수사연수원, 경찰병원, 시ㆍ도경찰청, 경찰서, 경찰기동대, 정비창 및 경찰청장이 지정하는 경감 이상의 경찰공무원을 장으로 하는 기관으로 한다. <개정 2015.11.20, 2018.3.30, 2020.12.31>

② 법 제1조제1항에 따라 의무경찰대를 두는 해양경찰기관은 경찰기관 중 해양경찰교육원, 지방해양경찰청, 해양경찰서, 해양경찰정비창, 경비함정 및 해양경찰청장이 지정하는 경감 이상의 경찰공무원을 장으로 하는 기관으로 한다. <개정 2013.11.5, 2014.11.19, 2015.11.20, 2017.7.26>
