의무경찰대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조(의무경찰의 검문)

① 의무경찰이 법 제2조의2에 따라 검문을 할 때에는 대(對)간첩작전이나 경비임무 수행을 위하여 필요한 최소한도로 하여야 하며, 검문권을 남용하여 국민에게 피해를 주는 일이 없도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2015.11.20>

② 의무경찰이 검문 과정에서 필요하여 검문 대상자를 인근 경찰기관으로 데리고 갔을 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 별지 제4호서식에 따라 제61조제1항에 따른 지휘관(이하 "지휘관"이라 한다)에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2015.11.20>
