Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Overseas Expansion of Medicine and Attraction of Foreign Patients, Article 11 (Designation of Support Agencies, etc.)

① 법 제21조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에 따라 보건복지부장관이 지정하는 기관 또는 단체(이하 "지원기관"이라 한다)의 지정기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 법 제21조제1항 각 호에 따른 업무를 독립적으로 수행하는 1개 이상의 전담부서와 5명 이상의 전문인력을 갖출 것
