의료법 시행령 제31조의8(면허재교부 교육프로그램)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제65조제2항에 따라 면허를 재교부하려는 때에는 면허재교부 대상자가 제2항의 교육프로그램을 이수하도록 해야 한다.

(1) When웬 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 intends인텐즈 to투 reissue^r리이슈 a어 license라이슨스 under언더 Article아터클 65 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 shall섈 have해^v브 the^ð더 person퍼슨 eligible엘러저블 for^f포 reissuance^r리이수언스 complete컴플릿 the^ð디 education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).

② 법 제65조제2항에 따른 교육프로그램(이하 이 조에서 "교육프로그램"이라 한다)의 교육 내용 및 시간은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.

③ 제2항에 따른 교육프로그램은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관 또는 단체 중 보건복지부장관이 지정하여 고시하는 기관 또는 단체(이하 이 조에서 "교육프로그램 실시기관"이라 한다)가 실시한다. <개정 2025.6.20>

(3) The^ð디 education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) shall섈 be비 conducted컨덕티드 by바이 an앤 institution인스티투션 or오 organization오거너제이션 designated데지그네이티드 and앤드 publicly퍼블리클리 notified노우터^f파이드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 institutions인스티투션즈 or오 organizations오거너제이션즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 provider"프^r러^v바이더 in인 this^ð디스 Article):아터클

④ 교육프로그램의 실시에 드는 비용은 교육프로그램을 이수하는 사람이 부담한다.

(4) The^ð더 costs카스츠 of어^v브 conducting컨덕팅 the^ð디 education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 shall섈 be비 borne본 by바이 the^ð더 person퍼슨 completing컴플리팅 the^ð디 education에저케이션 program.프^r로우그^r램

⑤ 교육프로그램 실시기관의 장은 교육프로그램을 이수한 사람에게 이수증을 발급하고, 교육프로그램 종료일부터 1개월 이내에 교육프로그램의 실시 결과를 보건복지부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 provider프^r러^v바이더 shall섈 issue이슈 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 of어^v브 completion컴플리션 to투 persons퍼슨즈 who후 have해^v브 completed컴플리티드 the^ð디 education에저케이션 program,프^r로우그^r램 and앤드 submit서브밋 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 conducting컨덕팅 the^ð디 education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 within위^ð딘 one원 month먼^θ스 from^f프^r럼 the^ð디 end엔드 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð디 education에저케이션 program.프^r로우그^r램

⑥ 교육프로그램 실시기관의 장은 교육프로그램을 실시하기 전에 교육프로그램의 내용 및 비용 등에 관한 세부 사항을 정하여 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. 승인받은 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 또한 같다.

(6) Before비^f포 conducting컨덕팅 an앤 education에저케이션 program,프^r로우그^r램 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 provider프^r러^v바이더 shall섈 determine더터먼 detailed디테일드 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 content,칸텐트 costs,카스츠 etc.엣세터^r러 of어^v브 the^ð디 education에저케이션 program프^r로우그^r램 and앤드 obtain어브테인 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어 The^ð더 same세임 shall섈 apply어플라이 when웬 intending인텐딩 to투 change체인지 any에니 approved어프^r루^v브드 matter.매터
