Enforcement Decree of the Medical Service Act, Article 11-2 (Composition of Ethics Committees)

① 법 제28조제7항에 따른 윤리위원회(이하 "윤리위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 11명의 위원으로 구성한다.

1. 각 중앙회 소속 회원으로서 의료인 경력이 10년 이상인 사람
