의료기사 등에 관한 법률 제4조(면허)

1. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 대학ㆍ산업대학ㆍ전문대학(이하 "대학등"이라 한다)에서 취득하려는 면허에 상응하는 보건의료에 관한 학문을 전공하고 보건복지부령으로 정하는 현장실습과목을 이수하여 졸업한 사람. 다만, 보건의료정보관리사의 경우 「고등교육법」 제11조의3에 따른 인정기관(이하 "인정기관"이라 한다)의 보건의료정보관리사 교육과정 인증을 받은 대학등에서 보건의료정보 관련 학문을 전공하고 보건복지부령으로 정하는 교과목을 이수하여 졸업한 사람이어야 한다.

4. 외국의 제1호에 해당하는 학교(보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 인정기준에 해당하는 학교를 말한다)와 같은 수준 이상의 교육과정을 이수하고 외국의 해당 의료기사등의 면허를 받은 사람
