Enforcement Decree of the Medical Aid Act, Article 7 (Composition and Functions of Committees)

① 법 제6조에 따라 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다)에 두는 의료급여심의위원회는 위원장 및 부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 7명 이하의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성하고, 시(특별자치도의 행정시는 제외한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구를 말한다. 이하 같다)에 두는 의료급여심의위원회는 위원장 및 부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 5명 이하의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다. <개정 2013.12.11>
