유통산업발전법 제24조(유통관리사)

① 유통관리사는 다음 각 호의 직무를 수행한다.

② 유통관리사가 되려는 사람은 산업통상부장관이 실시하는 유통관리사 자격시험에 합격하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 유통관리사의 등급, 유통관리사 자격시험의 실시방법ㆍ응시자격ㆍ시험과목 및 시험과목의 면제나 시험점수의 가산, 자격증의 발급 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

④ 산업통상부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 유통관리사를 고용한 유통사업자 및 유통사업자단체에 대하여 다른 유통사업자 및 사업자단체에 우선하여 자금 등을 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

⑤ 산업통상부장관은 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 유통관리사의 자격을 취득한 사람에 대하여 그 자격을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.1.27, 2025.10.1>

(5) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade트^r레이드 shall섈 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 acquired어콰이어드 the^ð더 distribution디스트^r러뷰션 manager매너저 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 by바이 false^f폴스 or오 other어^ð더 improper임프^r라퍼 means.민즈

⑥ 산업통상부장관은 다른 사람에게 유통관리사의 명의를 사용하게 하거나 자격증을 빌려준 사람에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 자격을 정지할 수 있다. <신설 2016.1.27, 2025.10.1>

(6) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade트^r레이드 may메이 suspend서스펜드 the^ð더 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 a어 person퍼슨 who후 has해즈 allowed얼라우드 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 to투 use유스 the^ð더 name네임 of어^v브 a어 distribution디스트^r러뷰션 manager매너저 or오 has해즈 lent렌트 the^ð더 certificate,서티^f피컷 for^f포 a어 period피^r리어드 not낫 exceeding익시딩 six식스 months,먼^θ쓰 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑦ 제5항에 따라 유통관리사의 자격이 취소된 사람은 취소일부터 3년간 유통관리사 자격시험에 응시할 수 없다. <개정 2016.1.27>
