유통산업발전법 제22조(유통표준전자문서 및 유통정보의 보안 등)

① 누구든지 유통표준전자문서를 위작 또는 변작하거나 위작 또는 변작된 전자문서를 사용하거나 유통시켜서는 아니 된다.

② 유통정보화서비스를 제공하는 자는 유통표준전자문서 또는 컴퓨터 등 정보처리조직의 파일에 기록된 유통정보를 공개하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 국가의 안전보장에 위해(危害)가 없고 타인의 비밀을 침해할 우려가 없는 정보로서 대통령령으로 정하는 것은 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 유통정보화서비스를 제공하는 자는 유통표준전자문서를 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 동안 보관하여야 한다.
