Distribution Industry Development Act, Article 17-2 (Support for Joint Wholesale Logistics Centers for Small and Medium Distribution Enterprises)

① 산업통상부장관, 중소벤처기업부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 「중소기업기본법」 제2조에 따른 중소기업자 중 대통령령으로 정하는 소매업자 50인 또는 도매업자 10인 이상의 자(이하 이 조에서 "중소유통기업자단체"라 한다)가 공동으로 중소유통기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 하는 물류센터(이하 "중소유통공동도매물류센터"라 한다)를 건립하거나 운영하는 경우에는 필요한 행정적ㆍ재정적 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.2.3, 2017.7.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항에 따라 지방자치단체가 중소유통공동도매물류센터를 건립하여 운영을 위탁하는 경우에는 운영주체와 협의하여 해당 중소유통공동도매물류센터의 매출액의 1천분의 5 이내에서 시설 및 장비의 이용료를 징수하여 시설물 및 장비의 유지ㆍ관리 등에 드는 비용에 충당할 수 있다.
