유통산업발전법 제13조의4(영업정지)

1. 제12조의2제1항제1호에 따른 명령을 1년 이내에 3회 이상 위반하여 영업제한시간에 영업을 한 자 또는 같은 항 제2호에 따른 명령을 1년 이내에 3회 이상 위반하여 의무휴업일에 영업을 한 자. 이 경우 제12조의2제1항제1호에 따른 명령 위반과 같은 항 제2호에 따른 명령 위반의 횟수는 합산한다.
