유통산업발전법 제13조의2(대규모점포등의 휴업ㆍ폐업 신고)

대규모점포등개설자(제12조제3항에 따라 신고한 자를 포함한다)가 대규모점포등을 휴업하거나 폐업하려는 경우에는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 특별자치시장ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고를 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
