유아교육법 시행령 제8조(유치원의 설립기준)

법 제8조제1항에 따라 유치원(법 제15조의 유치원에 준하는 특수학교를 포함한다. 이하 같다)을 설립하려는 자가 갖추어야 하는 시설ㆍ설비 등 유치원의 설립기준에 관한 사항은 따로 대통령령으로 정한다.
