유아교육법 시행령 제6조의2(유아교육진흥원의 설치 등)

① 교육부장관과 교육감은 법 제6조제1항에 따라 유아교육진흥원을 설치하는 경우 유아교육진흥원이 그 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 업무 수행을 위한 독립된 공간을 확보하고 담당 업무를 전담하는 유아교육 분야 전문인력을 배치하여야 한다.

② 교육감은 지역의 지리적 특성 및 유아교육의 수요 등을 고려하여 유아교육진흥원의 분원(分院)을 설치할 수 있다.

③ 유아교육진흥원은 담당 업무의 효율적인 수행ㆍ운영을 위하여 관련 기관과의 연계체제를 구축하고 협력할 수 있다.
