유아교육법 시행령 제4조(유아교육위원회의 위원장 등)

① 법 제5조에 따라 교육부에 두는 중앙유아교육위원회의 위원장은 교육부차관이 되고, 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선(互選)하며, 위원은 교육부장관이 위촉하거나 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 법 제5조에 따라 시ㆍ도의 교육청에 두는 시ㆍ도 유아교육위원회의 위원장은 해당 시ㆍ도의 부교육감이 되고, 부위원장은 위원 중에서 호선하며, 위원은 해당 시ㆍ도의 교육감이 위촉하거나 임명한다. <개정 2012.4.20>
