유아교육법 시행령 제3조(유아교육ㆍ보육위원회의 운영)

① 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

② 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회의 위원장은 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회의 업무수행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 관계 행정기관 또는 관계 기관ㆍ단체의 장에게 자료 또는 의견의 제출 등을 요청할 수 있다.

③ 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④ 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회에 위원회의 사무를 처리할 간사 2명을 두며, 간사는 교육부 및 보건복지부에서 유아교육 및 보육 정책을 담당하는 국장 또는 심의관으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑤ 간사는 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

(5) Secretaries세크^r러테^r리즈 may메이 attend어텐드 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Early얼리 Childhood차일드후드 Education에저케이션 and앤드 Childcare차일드케어 Committee커미티 and앤드 speak.스픽

⑥ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 유아교육ㆍ보육위원회의 의결을 거쳐 그 위원장이 정한다.
