유류오염손해배상 보장법 제33조(책임제한사건의 이송)

법원은 뚜렷한 손해 또는 지연을 피하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 직권으로 책임제한사건을 다른 관할 법원이나 제한채권자의 보통재판적이 있는 곳의 법원 또는 같은 사고로 생긴 유조선 유류오염손해에 관한 책임제한사건이 계속 중인 법원에 이송할 수 있다.
