유료도로법 시행령 제10조(통행료의 수납기간 등)

①유료도로관리청은 법 제16조의 규정에 의하여 30년의 범위안에서 통행료의 수납기간을 정하여야 한다.

③제2항의 규정에 의한 건설유지비총액의 산정에 관한 세부사항은 도로의 종류, 건설공사의 규모 및 유지관리방법 등을 고려하여 유료도로관리청이 정하여 고시한다.
