①제14조의 경우에는 등록권리자만으로 등록회복을 신청할 수 있다.

③제1항의 규정에 의한 신청서에 의하여 등록을 하는 때에는 등록용지중 등록번호란에 그 등록부에 있어서의 등록의 순서에 따라 새로운 번호를 기재하고, 표시란에 유료도로관리권의 표시를 하며, 해당구 순위번호란에 전등록의 번호를 기재하고, 사항란에 전등록의 신청서 접수연월일과 접수번호를 기재하여야 한다.
