① 법 제7조제1항에 따라 개인위치정보사업의 양수인가를 받으려는 자는 개인위치정보사업양수인가신청서(전자문서로 된 신청서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 방송미디어통신위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2015.8.3, 2018.10.16, 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 인가신청을 받은 방송미디어통신위원회는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 양수인 또는 합병ㆍ분할 당사자의 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2, 2025.10.1>
