Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, Article 37 (Disclosure of the Fact That Corrective Measures Were Ordered)

① 방송미디어통신위원회는 법 제36조의2제1항에 따라 시정조치의 명령을 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 같은 조 제2항에 따라 시정조치를 명한 사실을 공개할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(1) The^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 may메이 disclose,디스클로우즈 under언더 Article아터클 36-2 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 fact^f팩트 that^ð댓 corrective커^r렉티^v브 measures메저즈 were워 ordered오더드 where웨어 a어 person퍼슨 ordered오더드 to투 take테이크 corrective커^r렉티^v브 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) of어^v브 the^ð더 same세임 Article아터클 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 법 제39조, 제40조, 제40조의2 및 제41조에 해당하는 행위로 시정조치의 명령을 받은 경우

2. 연 2회 이상 시정조치의 명령을 받은 경우

② 제1항에 따른 시정조치를 명한 사실의 공개는 방송미디어통신위원회 인터넷 홈페이지나 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 전국을 보급지역으로 하여 등록한 일반일간신문에 게재하는 방법으로 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
