Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, Article 30 (Methods and Procedures for Sending Alerts)

① 법 제29조제7항에 따라 위치정보사업자에게 경보발송을 요청하려는 긴급구조기관은 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 경보발송요청서(전자문서로 된 요청서를 포함한다)를 위치정보사업자에게 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2012.11.15>

② 긴급구조기관은 제1항에 따라 위치정보사업자에게 경보발송을 요청하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 갖춘 위치정보시스템을 통하여 경보발송을 요청하여야 한다.
