Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, Article 24 (Notification of the Provision of Personal Location Information)

① 위치기반서비스사업자가 법 제19조제3항 및 제4항에 따라 개인위치정보주체에게 개인위치정보를 제공받는 자, 제공일시 및 제공목적(이하 이 조에서 "정보제공내역"이라 한다)을 통보하는 경우에는 위치정보사업자가 개인위치정보를 수집한 해당 통신단말장치로 통보하여야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 개인위치정보주체가 미리 특정하여 지정한 통신단말장치 또는 전자우편주소 등으로 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2015.8.3>

1. 개인위치정보를 수집한 해당 통신단말장치가 문자, 음성 또는 영상의 수신기능을 갖추지 아니한 경우

② 위치기반서비스사업자가 법 제19조제4항에 따라 개인위치정보주체의 동의를 받으려는 경우에는 제3자에 대한 정보제공내역을 즉시 통보받는 방법과 모아서 통보받는 방법 중 선택하여 통보받을 수 있음을 고지하여야 한다. <신설 2015.8.3>

③ 위치기반서비스사업자는 제2항에 따른 고지를 한 후 다음 각 호의 내용에 대하여 개인위치정보주체의 동의를 받아야 한다. 이 경우 위치기반서비스사업자는 법 제19조제2항에 따른 동의와 구별하여 별도로 동의를 받아야 한다. <신설 2015.8.3>

1. 제4항에 따라 정보제공내역을 모아서 통보하는 횟수 또는 기간
