위생용품 관리법 제13조의2(자가품질검사의 확인검사)

제13조제2항에 따라 자가품질검사를 위탁하여 실시한 영업자가 「식품ㆍ의약품분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률」 제11조제3항에 따라 부적합으로 통보받은 검사 결과에 이의가 있으면 2곳 이상의 다른 「식품ㆍ의약품분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률」 제6조제2항제6호에 따른 위생용품 시험ㆍ검사기관에 확인검사를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 확인검사에 관하여는 「식품위생법」 제31조의3을 준용한다.
