위기 임신 및 보호출산 지원과 아동 보호에 관한 특별법 시행령 제9조(비용 환수의 방법 및 절차 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제20조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 비용을 환수하려는 경우에는 그 비용을 지원받은 자에게 환수 사유, 환수 금액, 납부 기한 및 수납 기관 등을 적은 문서로 납입 고지를 해야 한다. 이 경우 납부 기한은 납입 고지를 한 날부터 30일 이상으로 해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 수납 기관은 환수 비용을 납부받은 경우에는 지체 없이 그 내용을 보건복지부장관에게 알려야 한다.
