원자력안전법 제75조(포장 및 운반 검사)

① 원자력관계사업자 및 그로부터 방사성물질등의 포장 또는 운반을 위탁받은 자는 제72조에 따른 기술기준의 준수에 관하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 위원회의 검사를 받아야 한다.

② 위원회는 제1항에 따른 검사결과 제72조에 따른 기술기준에 미달되면 그 시정 또는 보완을 명할 수 있다.
