원자력안전법 제57조의2(사업폐지 신고의 제한)

허가사용자ㆍ신고사용자 또는 업무대행자는 제57조에 따른 업무의 정지 또는 사용금지 처분기간과 그 처분을 위한 절차가 진행 중인 기간(「행정절차법」 제21조에 따른 처분의 사전 통지 시점부터 처분이 확정되기 전까지의 기간을 말한다) 중에는 제62조에 따라 준용되는 제43조에 따른 사업폐지 신고를 할 수 없다.
