원자력안전법 제39조의2(건설 중단ㆍ폐지 등의 신고)

핵연료주기시설건설자는 그 건설을 중단 또는 폐지하거나 중단한 건설을 재개한 경우에는 그 중단ㆍ폐지 또는 재개한 날부터 30일 이내에 그 사실을 위원회에 신고하여야 한다.
