원자력안전법 제27조(발전용원자로 및 관계시설의 사용정지 등의 조치)

위원회는 발전용원자로 및 관계시설의 성능이 제21조제1항제2호에 따른 기술기준에 적합하지 아니하다고 인정하거나 제26조제1항에 따른 조치가 부족하다고 인정하면 해당 발전용원자로운영자에게 발전용원자로 및 관계시설의 사용정지, 개조, 수리, 이전, 운영방법의 지정 또는 제20조제2항의 운영기술지침서의 변경이나 오염제거와 그 밖의 안전을 위하여 필요한 조치를 명할 수 있다. <개정 2026.5.19>
