원자력안전법 제105조의3(방사능오염 조사)

① 국외 원자력시설의 영향으로 국내 환경에 방사능오염 가능성이 상당한 경우에는 이 법이나 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 위원회가 방사능오염 여부를 조사할 수 있다.

② 위원회는 제1항에 따른 조사를 위하여 필요한 경우 관계 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 그 밖의 관계 기관의 장에게 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

③ 위원회는 제1항에 따른 조사 시 방사성물질이 아닌 유해물질 등에 의한 오염 가능성이 있다고 판단되는 경우 관계 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 그 밖의 관계 기관에 이를 통보할 수 있다.

④ 제1항에 따른 방사능오염 조사 실시에 필요한 사항은 총리령으로 정한다.
