원자력시설 등의 방호 및 방사능 방재 대책법 시행령 제34조의2(방사능방재 교육기관의 지정 등)

① 법 제36조제2항에 따른 방사능방재 교육기관(이하 "방사능방재교육기관"이라 한다)의 지정기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 방사능방재교육기관으로 지정받으려는 자는 총리령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지정신청서에 관계 서류를 첨부하여 원자력안전위원회에 제출해야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 지정신청서를 받은 원자력안전위원회는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 신청인의 법인 등기사항증명서나 사업자등록증명(주민등록번호가 제외된 사업자등록증명을 말한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)을 확인해야 한다. 다만, 신청인이 사업자등록증명의 확인에 동의하지 않는 경우에는 그 서류를 첨부하도록 해야 한다. <개정 2024.4.23>

④ 원자력안전위원회는 법 제36조제2항에 따라 방사능방재교육기관으로 지정받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 지정을 취소해야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 Nuclear누클리어 Safety세이^f프티 and앤드 Security시큐^r러티 Commission커미션 may메이 revoke^r리^v보우크 the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 of어^v브 a어 person퍼슨 designated데지그네이티드 as애즈 a어 radiological^r레이디얼라지클 disaster디재스터 prevention프^r리^v벤션 education에저케이션 institution인스티투션 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 36 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 where웨어 the^ð더 person퍼슨 falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following.^f팔로잉 However,하우에^v버 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1, the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 shall섈 be비 revoked:^r리^v보우크트

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 방사능방재교육기관의 지정과 운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 원자력안전위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
